The project scope includes the placement of a chip seal on the pavement along with updates to signing and striping and minor sidewalk modifications for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, (ADA). CCPW estimates a construction start date of early 2025 with a completion date of mid-year, 2025. CCPW will require a future contractor to notify residents prior to construction near any residential or business driveways.
